What we're seeking:

Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants with a background in white-collar recruitment and perm placements. A go-getter with stellar business development skills, ready to build and nurture client relationships from scratch. Someone who thrives in both team environments and standalone roles, showcasing initiative and strategic thinking at every turn.

Delivery

  • You will be expected to meet relevant fulfilment metrics
  • Participate in Kelly/Gi Group sales programs/contests/meetings
  • Review service activity for clients and maximise all opportunities within existing client base

Sales

  • Maintain an ongoing personal business development plan targeting new, lapsed and existing clients to generate GP
  • Work to ensure that all weekly and monthly KPIs are achieved
  • Personally responsible for winning new accounts

Customer Retention Management

  • Ensure that the following activities are conducted: needs analysis, regular face-to-face meetings, compliance monitoring in line with customer requirements, reporting, compliant resolution and encouraging customer feedback

Service Delivery Management

  • Ensure all elements of Kelly/Gi Group's service delivery system are implemented; monitor and ensure prompt, quality, professional service delivery in order to maximise customer satisfaction and grow existing accounts

Recruitment, Hiring and Retention Management

  • Support the business to ensure effective execution of recruiting strategies
  • Monitor to ensure effective execution of hiring process such as screening, assessment of candidates, interviewing, evaluations and orientation
  • Ensure effective execution of retention programs

Financial Management

  • Ensure that pricing authorisations are adhered to along with ensuring that every opportunity is priced effectively for maximum GP return
  • Manage operating expenses to maximise contribution
  • Develop and execute an annual recruitment business plan.

  • Experience working in recruitment or staffing operations
  • Experience and success managing to metrics in the recruiting environment

Skills

  • Expertise in using advanced search techniques in order to mentor and guide a team of recruitment consultants
  • Expertise in developing and presenting recruitment strategy plans to customers, both internal and external
  • Solid business knowledge and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organisation
  • Solid recruitment knowledge of processes (temporary and permanent), local relevant market that they operate In, legislation relating to recruiting processes (i.e. GDPR and AWR)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and ability to adapt to constant changes and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members, including those who may be onsite, offsite or working remote
  • Demonstrate ability to build client relationships with client contacts at all levels of an organisation
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, consultative & negotiation skills
  • Understands financial concepts such as pricing, budgeting, profitability, P&L's etc.
  • Accurate data capture & timely reporting on key staffing metrics
  • Results driven and deadline-oriented
